5:30pm – ?, 529 4th Ave SE, Cedar Rapids. Pick up your club concert tickets for Des Moines from Deanna. This is the final week, the Coopacabana is closing on Sat, April 14th.
Wed, Apr 11th – Jello Shot Production Party
6:30pm, Smith’s Home, 225 Rockvalley Lane NW, Cedar Rapids. Please bring two Jello boxes and a favorite flavored booze (shnapps, etc.) for jello shots.
Sat, Apr 14th – Parrot Head Party Bus to Dubuque Phlockers’ One Particular Harbor
12:30pm – 2:00am, Bus will pickup in Cedar Rapids and will have pit stops in Anamosa and Key West before the Dubuque Phlocking featuring music by the Cedar Island Band. Cost is only $50 and includes bus ride, pre-party and ticket to the Phlocking. Open to Non-Parrot Head’s also; we still have a few seats available. Sun, Apr 22nd – Isle of Iowa Sand Volleyball League
8:00 – 9:00pm – Volleys, 265 Blairs Ferry Rd NE, Cedar Rapids. This will be the first game for our newly formed team “What the Phlock?”. We had enough people sign up at last months meeting to form a six person Coed Rec team. If there are more members wanting to join a team, we could create a second team, or use you for a sub, please e-mail me if you would like to be on the list or just come out and cheer us on!

Sun, May 20th – Spring Highway Cleanup & Treasure Hunt
10:00am – Noon – We meet at the I-380 Swisher/Shueyville exit to clean up our adopted section of I-380 and search for treasures. There will be a sign-up sheet at next months meeting (we have 7 people signed up so far, we could use 9-13). After the treasure hunt, we will meet up for lunch at one of the local Shueyville taverns.

Fri, Apr 27th – Downtown Spring Pub Crawl 2012
Support downtown nightlife while participating in activities aligned to the hilariously fun theme, inspired by the popular 90′s TV sitcom, “Saved by the Bell.” Attendees are encouraged to brush up on their “Saved by the Bell” trivia and wear stone-washed jeans, high tops and neon colors!
Registration: 5-6 p.m. @ Jersey’s Pub ‘n Grub (200 1st Ave SE) – Just $5 and includes drink specials at every establishment, T-shirt (while supplies last), and a chance to win amazing prizes including two tickets to a Cardinals game in St. Louis!
