10pm: Eastern Iowa Airport. Welcome home our Veterans from the trip to Washington DC.
Thur, Oct 19th – Isle of Iowa Monthly Meeting
6–9pm: Parlor City at 1125 3rd St SE in Cedar Rapids. Come early for club social hour, meeting starts at 7pm.
Fri, Oct 20th – The Compass Rose Band at Throttle Down Sports Bar
9pm: Throttle Down Sports Bar at 607 E Marengo Rd in Tiffin. Free show and great food, so come early and stay late!
Sat, Oct 21st – The 20th Anniversary Booze Cruise Bus Trip
9am-10pm: We have limited space available, contact Bart if you want to join us. There will be many stops along the way including Paradise Distilling in Dubuque, and Potosi Brewing in Wisconsin.
Tue, Oct 24th – Chili Challenge Committee Meeting
5:30pm: Just Jules Bar at 835 Center Point Rd NE in Cedar Rapids. All members welcome. You may drop off Silent Auction donations at any club event.

6-9pm: CJ’s Sports Bar & Grille at 62 17th Ave SW in Cedar Rapids. Come out for our club social night for great food and drinks!

3-7pm: Fairfax Legion at 216 Main St in Fairfax. Tickets are $10 payable at the door. Doors open at 3pm, music at 4pm, please bring a dish to share for the potluck.
Sat, Jan 13th – Isle of Iowa Christmas Party
5:30pm: Fairfax Legion at 216 Main St in Fairfax (about 3 mi South on Hwy 151 from Hwy 30). Dress is casual, please bring a dish to share for the potluck, and a wrapped gift ($15-20 range) if you want to participate in the gift exchange.

6pm: Fairfax Legion at 216 Main St in Fairfax. Tickets are $10 payable at the door. Pizza will be available for purchase.
Sun, Feb 11th – The 18th Annual Blues ‘n’ Buffett Chili Challenge
1–4pm: Cedar Rapids Marriott. $10 at the door, advance tickets are available at https://blues-buffett.com for only $8 adults/$5 for seniors 65+. Proceeds benefit the Community Health Free Clinic and the HD Youth Center. Sign up to cook or volunteer at the event! Silent Auction donations may be dropped off at any club event or contact Karen Randklev for special arrangements.
Labor Day Weekend 2018: Aug 31st through Sep 2nd – Surf Ballroom
