DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to welcome singer/songwriter Bryton Stoll, "The Landlocked Sailor", back to Club Gerz. He will be performing on our updated Club Gerz Pier (our back yard) on Sunday September 18th. Doors will open at 3:00 and music will start around 4:00. The cost will be a donation to Bryton (we suggest around $20 per person) with all proceeds going directly to him. Please bring a lawn chair and your beverage(s) of choice. Feel free to bring a munchie or dessert to share if you desire. If the weather chooses not to cooperate, the concert will be moved to the Club Gerz Annex (our garage) or the Club Gerz Studio (our family room).\n"The Landlocked Sailor"\nSome of my favorite memories are of sitting around a campfire on a beach in Kansas while my dad played the guitar and sang. The moonlight, the stars, and the fire all danced together on the water, while the rest of us danced on the sand.\nThere was some country, a little classic rock, and a whole lot of Jimmy Buffett. Years later, when I picked up my own guitar, I could feel all those influences come through me in the music I played and the stories I told.\nWhether it’s a song about life, love, or the lack of, I want to take listeners to their own place where worries fade and solutions become more clear.
