Alpine Valley Show on 9-3-2016...Directions to request a club seat

If you have interest in club seats for Alpine, you must respond to this email by Thursday, April 14 at 5pm.  You must respond via e-mail (no facebook messages, texts, etc.) and provide the following information...

Please email me back channel at [email protected] instead of responding to the full Listserv if possible.  

1. You must be a member in good standing to get club tickets.  
2. Once you commit you are obligated to take (and pay for) the seats.  
3. If you are not able to attend the concert, club seats may not be sold to anyone who is not a member of a sanctioned (through PHIP) parrot head club. 
4. Tickets will be sent to the club ticket coordinator (me) approximately two weeks prior to the concert date so you generally don't get the tickets in your hands very far in advance of the show.

Based on our membership numbers we are eligible to receive 19 tickets for the show.  In the event that there are more than 19 requests for club seats, the seats are awarded based on Parrot Points (as per our club bylaws).

Again, I MUST know if you have interest in a club ticket by Thursday, April 14 at Noon.   After Noon, I will process all of the requests received and I will contact you (via phone or email) to let you know if you are "in or out" as far as club seats go.  I must have a phone number to contact you at as this communication will be made via phone or text message. This will allow everyone who requests club seats to know where they stand before the official public on-sale date on Monday.
