These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at isleofiowa.com (the "Site") and any related services, including our club communications and mobile messaging programs. 3. Club Communications & Mobile Messaging (SMS)

The Isle of Iowa Parrot Head Club provides an optional mobile messaging alert program to keep subscribers, volunteers, and members updated on upcoming meetings, social phlockings, volunteer opportunities, and urgent charity event schedule changes.

• User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number on our web signup forms and explicitly checking the opt-in box, you consent to receive automated text messages (including SMS and MMS) from the Isle of Iowa Parrot Head Club. Opting into text alerts is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of club membership.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on our club's activity calendar, typically averaging 2 to 4 text messages per month surrounding our primary events.
• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received in connection with this program. Check your mobile service plan details with your wireless carrier for specific text messaging rates.
• How to Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the mobile number from which you received the alerts. Upon receiving your "STOP" request, we will send an individual confirmation text that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will receive no further mobile messages from us unless you re-register.
• How to Get Help (HELP): If you require technical assistance or have questions about our messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP directly to the text message, or contact our support team through our web contact portal at isleofiowa.com/contact.

4. Third-Party Links

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Iowa for the resolution of any disputes.
