Isle of Iowa Monthly Meeting
Thursday, October 15 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM: Papa Juan's at 5505 Center Point Rd NE in Cedar Rapids. The Isle of Iowa Parrot Head Club meets Monthly on the 3rd Thursday. Social hour is from 6-7pm, then a short business meeting along with a 50/50 raffle to benefit local charities is held. The meetings are open to the public, so feel free to invite all your friends to learn a little bit about our club and how we party with a purpose!
Members with an October Birthday will receive a free drink on the Isle! Learn about all the upcoming activities, and meet new and old PHriends! Happy Hour is 3-6 PM, if you want to get a drink and an early seat!
Fall Highway Cleanup - Treasure Hunt
Sunday, October 18 from 10:00 AM - Noon: Our Adopt-a-Highway location is IA-100 near E Ave NW from MP2 - 3.75 (near the Covington Rd Exit). Park near the Morgan Creek Dog Park E Ave NW Entrance. Safety vests and trash bags are provided. Afterwards we plan on lunch at Nick's Bar & Grill (4958 Johnson Ave NW).
