Mon, Sep 9th – 2013 Phlocking Committee Meeting
6-9pm: Shuey's Restaurant & Lounge at 1158 Club Rd in Shueyville. Anyone interested in the Phlocking is encouraged to attend. We need all members support to help make this a successful event to benefit the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight.
Tue, Sep 10th – Isle of Iowa Board Meeting/Honor Flight Night
6–10pm: Randy Havlik’s House at 3705 King Dr SW in Cedar Rapids. All members welcome. After the meeting, we plan to go to the Airport for the return of the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight at 10pm.
Sun, Sep 15th – Annual Phlocking Candy Making Extravaganza!
1pm: Doug & Deb Rassler’s House at 1431 Cedar Bend in Palo. All members welcome, NO previous experience needed. Bring any little crockpots/dip-pots or any small, skinny spoons (baby spoons or ice tea spoons possibly), if you have them. Feel free to call Sandie Smith with questions…319-560-5704.

Thur, Sep 19th – September Membership Appreciation Meeting
6–10pm: Checkers Tavern, 3120 6th St SW in Cedar Rapids. Our 3rd quarter charity is the East Central Iowa Alzheimer’s Association. Special guest Thom Shepherd will be playing at 7:30pm. Don’t forget to bring your donations for Island Fever Phlocking and Waypoint for extra Parrot Points! There will be special drawings for all members who renew their club membership.
Sat, Sep 21st – Downtown Cedar Rapids Farmers Market Fundraiser
7:30am – Noon: Greene Square Park. Help promote the Phlocking, sell tickets, take donations, etc.

6-8pm – Old Chicago in Coralville. Free buffet, drawings, etc. Drink beer and get a t-shirt!
