Island Fever Phlocking Pre-Party at the Longbranch Hotel 3-6:30 pm

The committee is hard at work organizing another phun filled pre-phlocking party for all to enjoy. For our Isle of Iowa club members this will be an opportunity to relax and get that much needed nourishment before the Phlocking begins. We ask that all club members bring a dish to pass to the Pre-Phlocking. This dish can consist of your favorite appetizer, salad, side dish, main dish and of course your favorite dessert. You will also have a great opportunity to meet our out-of-town guests in a more relaxed atmosphere.
For our out-of-town guests we ask that you come and enjoy the wonderful spread of food that our club members are providing and mingle with the Isle of Iowa club members and other out of town guests. The food is a big part of staying in the zone and being able to enjoy the whole night of PHUN! If you are unsure of what staying “in the zone” is, the best person to talk to is our very own Gordy Smith! The Gold Zone Bar will be open to quench any of your thirst needs.
To add to the phun we will have quite a few games that everyone should partake in, from flippy cup to cheeseburger race and a few others in between. These games will definitely bring out the phun tropical spirit in us all. We will have a shuttle service so that people will not have to drive from the Pre-Phlocking Party to the Island Fever Phlocking at 1st Ave LIVE and back again. Sign-up sheets will be available on a first come first serve basis for departure times. All we ask for this shuttle service is that you tip the driver, are courteous and pick up after yourself.
We have some *NEW* Phun to add to the Pre-Phlocking Party, thanks to our sponsors “Ptacek Construction” and “The Isle of Iowa Parrot Head Club”, we are pleased to announce that we will have live entertainment at the Pre-Phlocking Party this year. Jeff Mattison will be there to get us ready for the Cedar Island Band later that night. Jeff plays a variety of music from country to rock.

Only names received by Sunday, April 11th will have badges printed up, so do not delay!!
