Tue, Oct 20^th – Eastern Iowa Honor Flight #22 Welcome Home
10pm: Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids. Come welcome our vets home and thank them for their service!

Tue, Oct 27^th – Chili Challenge 2016 Committee
5:30pm: Third Base Brewery at 500 Blairs Ferry Rd NE in Cedar Rapids. The Chili Challenge Committee could use your help, so if you are interested, please come to this informational meeting! Also save the date for the 16^th Annual Blues ‘n’ Buffett Chili Challenge on Feb 28^th, 2016 from 1-4pm at the Cedar Rapids Marriott.

Fri, Oct 30^th – Scream Acres Night
7pm: Scream Acres Maze at 3260 69^th St in Atkins. Cost is $20 per person, includes a trip through 3 attractions (Carnival Chaos, the Slaughterhouse, and the Haunted Cornfield)! Meet at Randy’s House (3705 King Dr SW) at 6pm and we will car pool to the Maze.

Wed, Nov 4^th – November One Particular Harbor
6-9pm: CJ’s Sports Bar at 62 17^th Ave SW in the Czech Village. Come out for our club social night for great food and drinks! If you are not at CJ’s, I expect you will be at the 5th Annual Midwest Region Trop Rock Potluck Party at Schooner Wharf from 4pm to Midnight. This years’ lineup includes Jerry Diaz, Sam Rainwater, Conchalele Bob, Dave Calhoun, Jimmy Parrish and the Waves, Island Time and what used to be Homemade Wine (new name).

Thurs, Nov 12^th – Board Meeting
6-9pm: Randy’s Residence at 3705 King Dr SW in Cedar Rapids. All members welcome.

Sun, Nov 15^th – Isle of Iowa Member Appreciation Party
2-5pm: Fairfax Legion at 216 Main St in Fairfax (about 3 mi South on Hwy 151 from Hwy 30). Plan on a Potluck for all members (club will provide tableware) and prize drawings. We will also have live entertainment by Billy Heller.

Thur, Nov 19^th – Isle of Iowa November Monthly Meeting
6–9pm: Parlor City at 1125 3^rd St SE in Cedar Rapids. Board Election Night.

Sat, Dec 5^th – Cedar Rapids Holiday DeLight Parade
6-7pm: Downtown Cedar Rapids. Plan to walk with the Isle of Iowa in the Holiday DeLight Parade! Please bring a bag or two of candy and join ‘JB’ the parrot on the parade route!
