Isle of Iowa Events: 

Wed, Dec 3^rd – December One Particular Harbor 6-9pm: Gus’ Food & Spirits at2421 Coral Ct in Coralville.  Come out for our club social night for great food and drinks!

Sat, Dec 6^th – Cedar Rapids Holiday DeLight Parade 6-7pm: Downtown Cedar Rapids.  The Isle of Iowa entry is number 45 (start at the corner of 4^th Ave and 7^th St SE, we should be in place by 5:15pm), we will walk behind JR’s Tropical Truck in the Fire and Ice Festival Holiday De-Light Parade.  Please bring a bag or two of candy and join ‘JB’ the parrot on the parade route!  Afterwards, plan on heading up to Cocktails and Company for the Bamboozlers show starting at 9pm!

Tue, Dec 9^th – Chili Challenge 2015 Committee Meeting 5:30pm:  Little Bohemia at 1317 3^rd St SE in Cedar Rapids.  All members welcome to come out just to enjoy great food and drinks!  Save the date for the 15^th Annual Blues ‘n’ Buffett Chili Challenge on Mar 8^th, 2015.

Thur, Dec 11^th – Board Meeting 6–9pm: Mason’s Residence at 2213 Harvest Circle in Coralville.  All members welcome.

Thur, Dec 18^th – Isle of Iowa December Monthly Meeting 6–9pm: Parlor City, 1125 3^rd St SE in Cedar Rapids.  Come out to participate in our 50/50 to support our 4^th quarter charity: Shop with a Cop.

Wed, Jan 7^th – January One Particular Harbor 6-9pm: CJ’s Sports Bar at 62 17^th Ave SW in the Czech Village.  Come out for our club social night for great food and drinks!

Sat, Jan 10^th – Isle of Iowa Christmas Party 5pm:  Fairfax Legion at 216 Main St in Fairfax (about 3 mi South on Hwy 151 from Hwy 30).  Dress is casual, please bring a dish to pass for the potluck, and a wrapped present ($15-20 range) if you want to participate in the gift exchange.

Fri, Dec 5^th – Southern Drawl Band in Rock Island 6pm: Plumber & Pipe Fitters Hall at 4600 46^th Ave in Rock Island.  Hosted by the Quad Cities Parrot Head Club, cost is only $15, potluck, and it is BYOB.  Don’t miss this chance to see this great party band from Knoxville, TN!  http://www.southerndrawlband.com/

Sat, Dec 13^th – Holiday with the Hounds 10am – 2pm: Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center at 4852 Sand Rd in Iowa City.  Donate a wish list item and share the joy of the season with the homeless animals awaiting adoption!  Bring gifts for the shelter animals' stockings, enjoy cookies & cocoa, and meet your new four-legged best friend!
