Isle of Iowa Events: 

Tue, Nov 19^th – Post Phlocking Meeting
6–9pm:  Anderson’s Residence at 1825 Ridgewood Terrace SE, Cedar Rapids.  Review comments on questionnaire; review final budget, write thank you notes, gather input for next year’s event, etc.  All club members are welcome and comments are encouraged.

Wed, Nov 20^th – Chili Challenge 2014 Committee Meeting
5:30pm:  Third Base Brewery at 500 Blairsferry Rd NE, Cedar Rapids.  Save the date for the 14^th Annual Blues ‘n’ Buffett Chili Challenge on Feb 28, 2014.

Thur, Nov 21^st – Isle of Iowa November Monthly Meeting
6–10pm: Checkers Tavern, 3120 6^th St SW in Cedar Rapids.  Our 4^th quarter charities are the Linn and Johnson County Food Banks.  We will be presenting the check for the proceeds of the Phlocking to the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight.  Election Night:  Voting will take place for the member at large position.

Wed, Dec 4^th – One Particular Harbor
6pm: Smugglers Wharf Big Bam-Boo Bar at 95 16^th Ave SW in the CzechVillage.  Come out for our club social night for great food and drinks! 

Sat, Dec 7^th – 30^th Annual Fire and Ice De-Light Parade
6-7pm: The Isle of Iowa will once again participate in the Fire and Ice Festival Holiday De-Light Parade!  Get your tropical warm clothes out of storage for another great time!  The Parade will take the traditional route, starting on 6th Street SE to move down 2nd Avenue, flow onto 2nd Street and loop to 3rd Avenue and end near Greene Square Park.  More details coming soon! 

Tue, Dec 10^th – Isle of Iowa Board Meeting
6-9pm: Mason’s Residence, 2213 Harvest Circle in Coralville.  All members welcome.  

Thur, Dec 19^th – Isle of Iowa December Monthly Meeting
6–10pm: Checkers Tavern, 3120 6^th St SW in Cedar Rapids.  Our 4^th quarter charities are the Linn and Johnson County Food Banks. 

Sat, Jan 11^th – Isle of Iowa Christmas Party
6pm:  Fairfax Legion at 216 Main St in Fairfax (about 3 mi South on Hwy 151 from Hwy 30).  Dress casual, bring a dish to pass for the potluck, and a wrapped present ($10+ range) if you want to participate in the gift exchange.
