6-9pm: Shuey's Restaurant & Lounge at 1158 Club Rd in Shueyville. Drop off any last min Phlocking donations for the Silent Auction or Booze Wall.
Tue, Oct 8th – Isle of Iowa Board Meeting
6–9pm: Anderson’s Residence, 1825 Ridgewood Terrace SE, Cedar Rapids. All members welcome.
Wed, Oct 9th – Jello Shot Production Party
6:30pm: Smith’s Residence, 225 Rockvalley Lane NW. Bring a bottle of flavored booze and two large boxes of jello if possible. We will be attempting to beat the record of making 1,000 jello shots in one hour (details of the record may not be accurate)! We will also be making up the gift bags for our out of town guests staying at the Clarion Hotel.
Fri, Oct 11th - Island Fever Set-Up
6-8pm: Clarion Hotel & Convention Center Help to decorate for the Phlocking & have a couple of cold drinks while you're at it! It's also a special chance to purchase a spot on our Flag of Honor in advance of the pre-party!
Sat, Oct 12th - Island Fever Set-Up (Part II)
10am: Clarion Hotel & Convention Center. Help complete the final preparations (including the set-up of the phabulous Buffett Buffet) for the biggest party with a purpose in Isle of Iowa history happening later that day!
Sat, Oct 12th – Island Fever Phlocking 2013
2-5pm: Clarion Hotel & Convention Center. Pre-party games, jello shots, and Buffett buffet.
6pm: Raffle, Booze Wall, Live Auction, Silent Auction, and music by the Cedar Island Band with special guests the Cedar Reefers and Jerry Gontang. Benefits the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight, advance tickets are available at www.isleofiowa.com.

6–10pm: Checkers Tavern, 3120 6th St SW in Cedar Rapids. Our 4th quarter charities are the Linn and Johnson County Food Banks. Election Time: It's time for you to think about serving in a position on the Isle of Iowa board. All 9 positions are open. Please submit your nomination (for yourself or another) to our Elections Chair - Kathy Gravert at [email protected]. Nominations need to be submitted by the end of meeting on Oct 17th.
Sun, Oct 20th – Fall Highway Cleanup “Treasure Hunt”
10am – Noon: Meet at the I-380 Swisher-Shueyville Exit across from the BP Station. Safety vests and trash bags are provided.
Wed, Nov 6th – One Particular Harbor

Sat, Nov 16th – Livingston Saturday Night Phlocking
