This schedule has been many months in the making and now it is time to raise the curtain on the Meeting of the Minds entertainment line-up for this year! I think you are going to enjoy some of the new additions to the Meeting of the Minds entertainment! There are tons of special bands you have never seen in this configuration before and so many of your favorite artists coming to Key West to play for you. There will be lots of Coral Reefer band members past and present at MOTM 2018. All we need is YOU!

WELCOME TO KEY WEST!! Come on over to the Casa Marina for over 12 hours of music! The Big Bamboo Band with special guests are going to ROCK the big stage at the Casa Marina on Wednesday night right after Steve Hopper and the Wolf Island Band crank it up! ! It will be Halloween and YES WE ARE HAVING A HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST sponsored by the Casa Marina! This is your chance to get on stage to show off your creativity and maybe win a prize! The Peter Mayer Group is playing a special 2 HOUR exclusive set at the Casa Marina. This one is going to be an all request show! YOU will select the songs to be played. More details to follow!
Coral Reefer, CMA Musician of the Year, and song-writer Mac McAnally is BACK at MOTM. He has always supported our event and I want everyone of you to give him a thunderous applause for coming down to Key West this year. Coral Reefer Eric Darken will be manning the percussion as Mac gives us some awesome keyboard and guitar during his set.
Is Coral Reefer Doyle Grisham coming to MOTM? YES! Is the worlds greatest steel drummer Coral Reefer Robert Greenidge coming this year? YES! Is the Coral Reefer band musical director Michael Utley coming to MOTM? YES! These Coral Reefers are playing all over the MOTM stages including a special event on Friday night that will last three hours! This gig will have John Frinzi leading a stage-full of rotating musicians and special guests backed by Aaron Scherz, Willie Rast, and Charlie De Cosa. The Alumni Coral Reefer Band guitarists Keith Sykes and Roger Bartlett will be there! This is the Friday night Hootenanny!!

Is actress, book author, song-writer, awesome story-teller, Coral Reefer alumni, one-of-a kind awesome Marshall Chapman back at MOTM 2018? YES! Marshall plays a very limited schedule but she will come to Key West for our event…you should see her! Marshall will be fronting a band called Marshall Chapman and the Wild Elephants including Coral Reefer Michael Utley and Nashville’s Casey Wood as well as Zebadiah Briskovich this year! Nashville’s Tommy Womack will be on guitar as well with the one and only sometimes Coral Reefer Band member Will Kimbrough!
Is Coral Reefer Alumni with tons of music releases Keith Sykes back at MOTM 2018? YES! Is the original Coral Reefer guitarist Roger Bartlett back at MOTM 2018? YES! Roger and Keith will be playing with a FULL band…
Is the Beachside Album Hour back to feature an entire Jimmy Buffett album with some original players back? YES! This year John Frinzi with the Shrimper Dan Band with as some special support from Coral Reefer Band members will be playing “Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes.” from beginning to end. As always there will be some special introductions and stories from the stage before the album is played live. This is always a very cool experience that only happens at Meeting of the Minds.
